FS: Land in Huntsville

My neighbors are selling some land in Huntsville and I would really love to have some Auburn fans as neighbors rather than knuckle draggers.

One lot is 6.6 acres with no house on it, although there is a septic tank installed and a good driveway already built. More information here. (This web site is kind of crappy, trust me, there is a beautiful view).

The other includes a 1400 sq. ft. house with a large barn and 14.7 acres. Great for someone who owns horses! More information here.
