Electile Dysfunction : the inability to become aroused over any of the choices for president put forth by either party in the 2008 election year.

I think this is the biggest difference between the two parties right now. The Democrats appear enthusiastic about their candidates while the Republicans are kind of going through the motions.

Just look at the Super Tuesday numbers from 20+ states where about 14 Million Democrats voted compared to 8 Million Republicans. Newt Gingrich was making this point pretty well the other day on FNC.

You can be as enthusiastic as want, but you're still choosing between Hillary and Obama. That's pretty equal to choosing between Gore and Kerry, except Gore actually had some experience at the time.
