Tigers fall 7-6 in game one at Plainsman Park. Down 6-5 going into the 8th, Auburn tied it up at 6 but gave up a run in the 9th. With 1 out and 2 on in the bottom of the 9th, Fletcher hit into a DP.

Mummey and Morris went 2-5 on the night. Fletcher went 1-5 with a HR.
