Yesterday:

The Republican presidential candidate made his comments during an exclusive interview from Cartagena, Colombia, with "Good Morning America's" Robin Roberts, who asked McCain why he went abroad when the No. 1 issue for voters was the U.S. economy.

"You have admitted that you're not exactly an expert when it comes to the economy," Roberts began.

"I have not. I have not. I actually have not," McCain interrupted. "I said that I am stronger on national security issues because of all the time I spent in the military. Very strong on the economy. I understand it. I have a lot more experience than my opponent."

Obama's policies show that he doesn't understand economics. So, would you rather have somebody (McCain) who admits that he has to learn more about economics or someone (Obama) whose policies show a blatant disregard for how national and world economies work?

1) Just because you disagree with his policies, does not mean Obama does not understand how "national and world economies work"

2) McCain still won't even admit that he said he didn't understand the economy that well - even after he's gotten caught in this story about ten times

1. You are right. They are wrong because they will negatively affect the economy, not because I disagree with them.

2. Obama is admitting with his proposed policies that he doesn't know how a market economy works.

Just because you agree with Obama about everything does not in anyway mean that Obama knows anything about economics, national security, etc, etc, etc.

Obama has shown a great knowledge of economics, based on what? The propaganda from the socialist and communists from his community organizing days in Chicago?

Obama is and has been wrong on free trade, taxes, the price of oil. The list goes on and on.

Great post - looking forward to your future replies...

TM - We can agree to disagree about policy all day - I welcome that debate. Oh and for the record and as I've pointed out before, I disagree with Obama on several items including Cap Gains Tax increase as it relates to this topic.

You will continue to ignore the points in my posts and wish them away with your off-putting remarks. So, I doubt you welcome future posts from me, and I'm really doubting your boast of being able to go toe to toe with anybody about economics.

I am glad to see that you oppose the cap gains tax increase. Why would anybody who understands economics be for that tax increase?
