ShocksMyBrain 9,368
And since I was 30 minutes from home, I decided I might as well buy another 6 pack. Bell's Third Coast Ale. American-style barley wine. Tasty, and another high alcohol brew at 10%. Third Coast Old Ale focuses on malt, offering notes of burnt caramel & other earthy malt flavors. Designed with vintage aging in mind, the malt aspect is matched to a heavy complement of hops. Sharply bitter at first, this will fold into the malt character over time and balance out the maltiness. http://www.bellsbeer.com/brands/14-Third%20Coast%20Old%20Ale http://beeradvocate.com/beer/profile/287/1891 I need to invest in a snifter. WarEagle'04 4
Yes, for the Hopslam. Stuff is amazing, albeit pricey.
ShocksMyBrain 9,368
Any one ever tried Bell's Oberon Ale? It's their summer wheat ale. Very good. It's coming back around! Grabbed this today: Being in that beer store is like being in a candy shop. I always spend more than I intend. That said, I got this neat little(67oz)growler and filled it with 21st Amendment Brew Free Or Die IPA
