Need More Help

This weekend on TV I saw where there was a finance exam administered recently. The winner overall was a black male teenager. I thought it was put on by the U.S. government. They mentioned there was a 27 lesson - lesson plan.

I've searched the internet but can't find it.

Did any of you see this? Have a clue how I can find it?
