Sunday Recruiting update 1/25

Hunter Stout said that he is gonna commit to Louisville because he still hasn't received an offer. Auburn coaches told him they wouldn't know about an offer until sometime next week because there are several lineman they are looking at.

DeDe Lattimore - Didn't make it and might reschedule for next weekend

Greg King - Didn't make it and might reschedule for next weekend

Travante Stallworth said that he was still committed to Auburn but he was keeping an open mind about Michigan and South Carolina. He said that he would likely have a final decision sometime this week.

Jamar Travis said that he had a great visit to Auburn this weekend and was excited to pick up an offer. He said that he was still committed to Southern Miss but he is gonna talk everything over with his family and will likely have a final decision sometime tomorrow.

LB Joel Kight left the Plains very impressed with Auburn. He said that they were a serious contender to land him. He said they were at the top with Ole Miss and Oklahoma State following. He said he should have a decision sometime this week.

Izauea Lanier said that he was firmly committed to Auburn and didn't expect to take anymore visits.

NO WORD ON TYRIK UNTIL TOMORROW. HE IS STAYING IN AUBURN TODAY AND LEAVING TOMORROW!!

***I did hear from several great sources that he is hoping to have a decision on Auburn before he leaves tomorrow and if he does have a decision thats a great thing. I heard that there is a very good possibility that he commits before heading back home.***

LB Jonathan Atchison said that he really enjoyed his visit to the Plains and plans on making a decision between now and signing day. Auburn def has a great shot at landing him.

QB/ATH Robert Cooper said that he had a great visit and would decide between a grayshirt offer from Auburn and a full ride to UAB.

Well it looks like DeAngelo Benton slipped out of the back door on us. We were waiting for him to get through talking to the coaches so we could get a word with him. Looks like it might be Signing Day before we know something on him, unless we can get in touch with his coach.

You're welcome.....we should have some more info on this weekend in the next few days!! Alot of the recruits that were visiting this weekend have BIG decisions to make in the next couple days.

This weekend and next weekend are were the big ones, lets hope we can do even better next weekend. Im ready for the big signing day
