I think there is a penalty for changing at half time.  I'm not sure what it is exactly, but it would be enforced on the kickoff.  Maybee 15 yards?  I don't know for sure but I do think it is a penalty.

I think there is a penalty for wearing home jerseys at an away game if the other team doesn't agree, or something to that effect.  I believe Kiffin or somebody did that last year.

I don't know if you would be penalized for changing the color of your jersey, though, as long as it was still the home/away (as in white or solid) that was agreed upon before the game.
