Thank you for sharing this @auburnphan. I have wondered what happened to those kids. Also, I am so proud of Nosa and Justin. It really takes a lot of effort to show the kind of consistency that these kids need. I hope that the University itself continues that connection, too. As much as people didn't care for Jay Jacobs, he did many things to help people through the University, which in turn, promoted our reputation. War Eagle, Schmid scholars!

Great update on this story.  Sad for the loss of the older student.  Chicago is a bad town but they keep electing the idiots that make decisions there.  

I to hope we keep the connections with that special class of students.  Not sure if any ever become Auburn Students but maybe they can see there are options out there.
