It's kind of the thing to do in media when you have a big corporate backer who couldn't care less about the state its publication purports to represent.

The recruiting was actually looking pretty good, top 15 or better, before the coaching change was announced. We had some committed guys flip and others who were said to be leaning to AU go elsewhere after the announcement. That's just one of the things that happens when there's a coaching change.
