Should be out of the inning but Rambusch with a fielding error, just under the glove as he took his eyes away to peek at the runner.

2 pitch ground out! 16 pitch inning, should have been a 14 pitch. Rambusch bobbled it but had time to throw the runner out.

Geez, we spotted them 6 outs basically. We look terrible at the plate

Our offense has been awful since we beat UCLA. I don’t know if they are just dealing with better pitching or what, but this isn’t a National Championship offense.

I just can’t figure out why we seem so confused and timid at the plate.  Happening too much lately.

Agree but he has misjudged nearly ever ball hit that way in CWS.

His replacement, Ware, misplayed a ball in the 8th out there yesterday as well.

Yup, that's why I said his defensive issues continue. I don't blame him for this one because of the sun, but the ones yesterday were all on him.

1-2 count and the ump pays back the arky squeeze from the first inning. Should have been a strike out. Now a full count ... Double, 2 runs score.
