If I remember correctly, Auburn slow played Dylan in his recruitment, trying to land a top guy whose name I forget now. Dylan had some big offers but waited on AU, we missed on the other guy and he finally got his scholarship at the end. Left it all on the court and has been entertaining as hell. Always be one of my favorite players.

I hope Cardwell gets a huge reception. I cant think of any AU player in any sport who has enjoyed his time in school more than he has.

LSU seems to have all the monentum. ON3 guys have said AU isnt going all in on him as of now, but that could change before signing day. I took that to mean LSU has made a higher offer than we are currently willing to match, but depending on how some other recruitments go that could change.

Ive always been a Garner fan, but I’d rather catch a coach on the way up than one on the way down. Freeeze demands a lot of time on the road and Im not sure Garner wants to do that in this stage of his career.

Big loss with this news. He had done a great job with the 25 class at DL. The DL coach has become a position that demands a good recruiter. Garrett seems to have tired of the recruiting grind quickly. Really hate to see him leave.

That defensive staff especially looks very strong across the board. Recruiting AND coaching.

There are tens of millions of dollars going to schools in TV money. Asking working fans to chip in to pay salaries is insane. When the boosters tire of footing the bill, a way will be figured out to split some of that money with the players who fans pay to watch.
