AU Women vs Ol'Miss

I live in Bham and do not really know a lot about BB.  Yesterday morning, sort of on the fly, my wife and I decided to drive down to see the gals play Ol' Miss.  Got the tickets on line and left around 3 PM.  Live in Vestavia and the drive took just slightly over 2 hours.  Fun to see the TP still in the trees.  We had not seen the new arena and really impressed.  The chair back seats were very comfortable.  Had terrific "40 yard line" type seats about 15 rows up.  The pep band, cheerleaders, dance team, Aubie and others kept the action going at all times....very good entertainment.  AU won which made it even better.  Very close in 1st half, then pulled away in second half.  I say all this to suggest that if you would like to go to the arena and enjoy some very good seats you might consider checking out one of the women's games.  A lot of kids there who seemed to be having an especially good time.  I think we will take in another game sometime this year.
