1997 fleetwood trailer, 3br 2bh a garden tub in master bath.  it has a fridge, dishwasher, glass top stove, microwave, washer, dryer.  i put in a new heat pump last august so it has central air and heat.  it has hardwood floor thru out except in kitchen there is linoleum.  there are ceiling fans in bedrooms and living room.  it has a front covered porch and a small deck in back.  it also comes with an 8x8 utility shed.  it was gas but has been converted to all electric.  i am asking 15,500
