Feeder, I loved that group back then. One of my favorite songs from them, although a little out of the 90’s (2000-2001) was “Buck Rogers” off the Echo Park album.

Fanyone that has seen "Behind Enemy Lines" has herd it. The song plays when they take off of the aircraft carrier.

Junior High, so you were 14ish. Not old by my count. I had the benefit of 2 older brothers so I liked whatever they listened to. I was probably the only 10 year old in Montgomery who listened to the Doors, Floyd and Zep.

Actually, I just looked it up.  The album came out in the fall of 1991.  That was my senior year.  I was 17.

No big, you are my oldest brothers age. Could be worse. I got a friend who saw the Who live before Keith Moon died.

Seven Mary Three and Fuel have no business on this topic. To set the record, 50's era rock n roll was and always will be the best. 70's were also excellent. But I hold 90's close to my heart. Nirvana, STP, Soundgarden, Pearl Jam, White Zombie, Tool, Blind Melon (except for No Rain), Sponge to name a few. But does anyone remember the Screaming Trees or Temple of the Dog?

Ex-squeeze me? Baking Powder? Why don't they belong? 7Mary3's American Standard was released in 1995 and Fuel released Sunburn in 1998.

Because they are absolutely terrible. I don't even know if they constitute as musicians. Just awful.

Cumbersome? Sunburn (accoustic)? Dude you certainly just droped a notch on the cool-o-meter. However, bring up early Soungarden bumps you back a notch. So far your even. [inserts pokes with stick emoiticon]

Seriously, been a while since I heard..

Soundgarden: Outshined.. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iHwA76bsxJE

Thanks again.

Fuel is awesome. Fuel is actually going to release a new album in late 2012 according to Wikipedia. My favorite song of Fuel's is Shimmer. The whole Something Like Human album is good.

My favorite 90's band though is Stone Temple Pilots.

Cool man. Never had heard of them before. I'll have to give them a try. That song kicks butt.

You ever listen to Sevendust?

Another highly underrated band with several awesome songs. Just a small sampling of their awesomeness..

And probably my favorite video of all time..
