Punter Jimmy Hutchinson and walk-on QB Tucker Tuberville (Tommy's boy) have been added to #Auburn's official roster.

Hutchinson will wear No. 28 (along with defensive back T.J. Davis) while Tuberville will take No. 16.

Auburn safety Demetruce McNeal is at practice but without helmet and did not participate in early drills or stretching. Reason unknown.

Punt returners: Trovon Reed, Quan Bray, Jonathan Ford, Marcus Davis, Chris Davis.

Forrest Hill was deep snapper on punts.

Same starting offensive line that ended spring: LT Greg Robinson, LG Alex Kozan, C Reese Dismukes, RG Chad Slade, RT Patrick Miller.

Right tackle Avery Young was dressed and went through stretching, appears to be fully recovered from shoulder injury as previously reported.

Auburn starting QB is in this pic (r to l): Jonathan Wallace, Kiehl Frazier, Jeremy Johnson, Nick Marshall.

All 6 #Auburn QBs were present, including walk-ons Tucker Tuberville and Ben Durand.

***Rodney Garner was putting his DL through drills right away and pushing them hard. I didn't see DE Keymiya Harrell with that group at the start of practice. He is coming back from knee surgery. Another person spotted him working on the side with a a brace on his right knee.

Demetruce McNeal is key to Auburn's defensive machinations in the secondary this fall camp, a key cog who could either allow Josh Holsey to play his natural position or force Holsey to play some safety.

But McNeal wasn't participating on the first day.

McNeal is in uniform in shorts and his familiar No. 12 jersey, but he did not participate in any drills or stretching.

At one point, it looked like McNeal may have been favoring a leg, although it wasn't clear.

Tight End Brandon Fulse was complimented for using good blocking technique on the sled. Offensive line coach J.B. Grimes turned to Greg Robinson and asked what he thought of Fulse's technique. Robinson nodded and gave his seal of approval.

Marshall is only 6'0 I think while JJ is 6'6". That's why he looks small.
