Toomers Oaks in DC

We are in DC for spring break and I was hoping to find the oaks that were planted from the seedlings/saplings (not sure what is the correct terminology since I don't have a green thumb) of the original oaks. I know they are at or near the Mall. Does anyone know exactly where and give guidance? Also, I'm hoping to take a little TP with me... Not a whole roll or anything and put it on them. Any chance I will get in trouble for it?

It is near the intersection of First Street SE and Independence Avenue SE, on the House side of the Capitol.

Post pics!

Went to see the tree today after our tour of the Capital but the grounds were shut down because of the President/Prime Minister of Afganistan was addressing Congress today. I was able to find the tree and get a pic on my iPhone but I don't know how to upload from my phone to here.

On a side note, I've seen lots of Auburn family here this week and we've exchanged many "War Eagle"s !!
