I agree that ALL white people aren't serial killers as well if you thought I said that No. I was just pointing out that as a percentage of the population, the rate of serial killers being white is actually less than would be expected. Whites make up 72.4% of the population but only about 60-something percent of serial killers. African Americans are about 11-12% of the population but about 20% of serial killers. And I suck trying to find stats but one that I have repeatedly asked about is some sort of crime rate from African Americans from middle class and up. I have always thought of a serial killer to kill multiple victims methodically over a period of time, due to an extreme fetish or addiction. Different authorities apply different criteria when designating serial killers; while most set a threshold of three murders, others extend it to four or lessen it to two. The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), for example, defines serial killing as "a series of two or more murders, committed as separate events, usually, but not always, by one offender acting alone".
