8/31: Hellraiser (2022)

It was good, but won’t ever match the original.

Same thought I had when first advertised... Plan to watch...Some classics should be left alone in my opinion.....I must admit it does look good

If you’re a Hellraiser fan, definitely watch it. It’s better than about 37 of the other goofy sequels they’ve made.

11/31: X (2022)

I loved this film. Great homage to some of the classic slashers from the 70s (ie Texas Chainsaw). Ti West can make a solid horror flick (House of the Devil)

13/31: The Silence of the Lambs (1991)

I’ve seen this movie like 2 times in my entire life. With the way movies and television have been going, this is moving away from horror and into the realm of standard thriller/crime drama.

12/31 Beetlejuice (1988)

I really don’t like this movie because I hate Tim Burton.

Beetlejuice kind of grew on me over the years....extremely silly movie I refused to go see when it first come out.

Interesting premise. Executed and acted poorly, and the monster is downright ludicrous. Skip it.

Monster has a little HR Puff N Stuff thing going on🤣

Doug Bradley's Pinhead is irreplaceable.

"The box. You opened it! We came! Now you must come with us, taste our pleasures."

"No tears, please. It's a waste of good suffering."

It's a 7/10 if you're a fan of the original.

Great found footage horror flick. Legit scares and uneasiness all throughout. Another staple of our ‘31 Days’.

That looks sooo good

21/31: The Exorcist (1973)

Obviously doesn’t need any explanation. A horror film classic, that still holds up almost 50(!) years later.

Was 11yrs old first watched. This The Omen and Dracula with Jack Palance give me serious nightmares.

The Omen was one of the first horror movies I ever saw, about 9 years old. Scared the s*** out of me.
