Thanks, @alexava. It's tracking north now and we look to be well outside the cone but there's still a mandatory evacuation in effect starting at noon. We're keeping an eye on things. A friend of ours who has lived on the island for a very long time expects that the roads will stay open. Tonight we'll secure the outdoor furniture and we already had the typical supplies on hand. And we already had plans to go to Disney this weekend so we won't be around for the rainy and potentially flood-y weekend. 

Really feeling for people up the coast, though. I'm afraid the NC coast is gonna get rearranged a bit.
