The court made no such thing clear.  The court didn't speak to the First Amendment issues.  The judge, in fact, specifically said he wasn't making a judgment on the First Amendment claims CNN raised.

On a side note, he also said that the claim Sanders made initially that Acosta had made inappropriate contact with a WH intern was likely untrue and "partly based on evidence of questionable accuracy."  I'm guessing that latter part was a reference to the doctored Infowars clip she shared on Twitter.
