A top notch nutrition/strength/conditioning program to fully develop the physical potential of your recruits. Finally, a person with a clear direction and method of achieving greatness and the background and experience to put together a solid staff of coaches who can recruit, coach, and develop players to their maximum potential. Once we have that in place, we may not beat them every year or even more often than they beat us, but we will be competitive with them year in and year out and capable of winning against them in ANY year.
