In hindsight Jarrett Stidham committing to Auburn was the worst thing that could have happened. All he did was buy Gus time in 2017 when without Jarrett, Gus is gone before that season even ends. The wins against UGA and Bama were not worth it. Now we fire Gus, set ourselves back years on the field and off in recruiting and waste some of the best talent Auburn has had in years. I really feel bad for these boys. You don’t come to Auburn to play like this. Comparing Bo to others imo just isn’t fair. He was set up to fail. Look at Fromm’s first game at UGA. That’s what this game plan should have looked like. Quick passes for easy completions to establish confidence and a run game. You don’t put him out there to make the most difficult throws with a JV league OLine. They should be embarrassed for putting these boys and this university in this position. He will probably be relieved when they finally sometime after or right before sec championship game let him go. He’s lost. That’s evident. We haven’t been scary in quiet awhile.
