Former AUMB Drum Major Passes Away

32 years old. No cause of death has been made public. He was one of the Drum Majors during the 2013 season, and was well respected by the music department and band staff. 
He was a few years behind me, so I didn’t know him personally. But we had a lot of friends in common. A lot of AUMB folks are shook by his passing.

Thank you for posting, ScotsAU.  He sounds like a really outstanding, kind, talented, and generous young man; the type of person we need more of in this world.  It's always shocking to lose someone so young.  Praying for peace and comfort for all who loved him,
