Just glad to see Rhett Lashlee carving his own path. Getting SMU to 11-2 and ranked is a good start to his HC coaching career.

They also won the AAC championship this year by knocking off a good Tulane team in the conference title game. SMU will officially be a member of the ACC on July 1st 2024 so we'll get to see how they stack up against Clemson, Miami, FSU (for now) and others.

I think Rhett has landed a pretty sweet gig as head coach of SMU. They've put in over $250 million dollars into their facilities the past 10 years and they're located in prime recruiting country there in Texas. I hope Rhett has a good run at SMU longterm.
