No, Texas..the IT you and the rest of the Libs continue to fail to 'get' is that there's no outcry over clandestine tactics, except by the members of al Qaeda. It was under Clinton that our manpower was downsized out in the field, which left us vulnerable and lacking in intel which helped lead to 9/11.
