Auburn freshman Eric Smith: 9 66 7.3

Ole Miss freshman Enrique Davis 6 24 4.0

Houston Nutt's vaunted rushing attack lured our most promising rb recruit away from us last year and Eric Smith got half again the number of carries as he did, 2.75 times the yardage and nearly double the ypc that our lost recruit saw in his first game.

Somebody better tell those recruits we're not Texas Tech.
