Are they Flash based vids? I may be wrong, but I don't think iPads support Flash.

They won't play on my iPhone either. I don't think they are Flash vids. Not sure what player they are using but it sux.

Download Skyfire.  It is Internet app that supports Flash.

Flash player doesn't work with apple products. I know, it sucks.

OnLive Desktop is another app from iTunes which supports Flash.  $4.99/mo, may cancel at any time.  Skyfire I think is a one time charge of $4.99.
