They should be already attending class and thus not eligible for the draft until after their Jr. year. I assume that ranking is current, which means after classes have started at virtually every college.

That class ranking was released this past Monday and is inclusive of the losses to the draft.  This is the result of Butch Thompson doing what Butch Thompson does.  The other thing that Butch Thompson does is develop pitching.  Stand by.....
