Who's dove hunting for a couple hours tomorrow?

I have not killed 50 in the last 10 years. I just got burnt out or grew out of it. If i even went i was at the grill too drunk to load my gun most years. My son has got the fever. He's just iching to heat the barrel of the new 20ga. pump. I think the darn weather might have pushed the birds on down though. Hopefully they were just hiding. I'll go easy on the beer till game time.

I'd love to go. Some of my fondest hunting memories are from the dove field.

I have a recipe for pan seared dove breasts and cheese grits...I may need to go soon.

But when you get a whole bunch of'em and then pan fry them in some butter...and then drizzle some Drambuie on top...and then shovel them on top of fresh cheese grits with garlic butter...mmmmmm.

I got 13 Alex 5. We gave them away and rushed him to see that horrible game.

Went the weekend before in Tennessee. Killed about 20 between pops and myself. Love dove hunting. Love eating dove even more.

Yes. Very good. I just don't have time anymore. Maybe in a couple weeks. The season is open till end of October.
