Bama got jobbed by SEC refs at UT

Calling a ticky tack travel in the last 10 secs of the game - a travel that doesnt get called 9 times out of 10 at any other time during the game. Total BS. Just mark it down, rarely happens to bama.

At least it was the last ten seconds

Wegot it for 40 minutes!

so tired of the Blue Blood programs getting the calls in seems like every sport.

Happening to the tawd? Couldn’t happen to a better, more deserving group!

Just saw the replay. It was a good call. He took about 4 steps

No he didn’t. It was a marginally questionable call at best with mere seconds on the game clock. The refs did a great job at deciding the game for Tennessee. That shouldn’t happen.

It was clearly a travel by the book. Just not one where he gained an advantage so in that situation, it’s hard to agree with the ref to call that.

He had no pivot foot, and was able to "jump" to a better position to make his drive to the basket. Without the "jump" move he would have never been able to drive to the basket IMO. So I do think there was a possible advantage. But traveling should never be about gaining an advantage but  by playing by  the rules.

defending the refs?    where is the "let 'em play" attitude that usually prevails when AU gets called  on stuff like that.?

The only "advantage" I saw on that play ...and I was watching the game....was that the ball was in the hands of bama's top gunner and he was going to win the game over the top SEC team.   Sure can't let that happen.
