The social media for football has been very bizarre this year. Hopefully we can get some new people there too or at least someone to oversee what they are putting out. The graphics have been like this all season. Just strange

It is disrespectful to Barfield to compare him to harsin. Harsin is much worse and I lived through the Barfield years

I was in school during the barfield years. The Dye years were definitely the glory years-those defenses were so good! I have taken my 5 year old granddaughter to a couple of games this year. I was thinking of all the heartbreak she has ahead of her. She just loves Auburn! I wouldn’t trade life as Auburn fan for anything- the highs and the lows!

I agree with everything you said-definitely a great atmosphere! I noticed that with LSU band playing right up to the snap when we’re right in front of them. I am surprised the refs didn’t say something- not really- the refs were awful!

I am not opposed to an occasional trick play but Harsin seems to have no sense of the flow of the game. The 4th and 10- just punt them deep right in front of our student section- we were ahead for crying out loud! Just so sad for the players- they have to be second guessing his in game coaching decisions.

The student section showed up and showed out! Glad for them they got to swag surf while the game was still in doubt. Speaking for myself and those around me we knew the game was over when LSU went ahead- pretty sad as I have witnessed many great 4th quarter comebacks over the years in Jordan Hare. I have been attending games since Shug and he is the worst coach we have had in my lifetime. It is not even close. Hopefully we can move on from him sooner rather than later. But War Eagle always-

I agree- I was there and it was surprisingly a great atmosphere. And props to the student section- they were there and loud for the early kickoff!

This insight from high school coaches is very telling. The fact that he has not even visited some of the high schools is mind boggling. I t makes me so mad that we will not reap the benefits from this generational class in Alabama. This, more than his poor game day coaching, is why we need to move on as soon as possible. A new coach with SEC ties is needed!

I have lived here all of my life-the majority of Alabama fans are not graduates and have no connection other than the football team. Most have never set foot on campus except to a football game. There is no comparison to Auburn as to the number of sidewalk fans.

I think Kiffin might be interested because he can compete for championships at Auburn. He has probably reached the ceiling for Ole Miss.

Just from my experience at home games since the tickets have gone digital- I see very few tickets for sale outside of the stadium. So different than the days of paper tickets when you always knew where to find the scalpers.

After watching TJ play there is no doubt in my mind that Bo beats SC and bama and probably Houston-and then we are in a totally different situation in the off-season!

I was there- really a surreal feeling to the game. They asked the bands to go under the stands and the cheerleaders to turn off their microphones. But the fans just stayed put with the sirens going off and thunder and lightning while the teams played on! I can still remember looking up and seeing the light pole swaying. I was young and stupid- it never occurred to me to leave. 🤣
