Computers taken from Tuscaloosa

What ever came from the computers that were taken from the athletic department at UA.  I swear I remember hearing something about it on WJOX in birmingham, but can't find any information on it.  Was it a rumor, or did it happen and was swept under the rug?

The computers the OP was talking about were alledgedly confiscated by Federal Authorities back in the fall.  It had to be part of something bigger that is probably still being investigated.

i only read about that here and didnt remember ST saying it was true. but if he did i like it. lets get a national smear specialist writer like thayer evans to do a story on it. we have as much credibility as he does. surley we can find someone to rival him.

This probably never happened. The day in question when a particular building was locked down was due to an unauthorized person being in an area of the building that was odd limits. It had nothing to do with the FBI or anything sinister though it makes good conversation and speculation.

I didn`t get my info from the univusitee and I`m not saying I`m right or wrong. Just saying there may not be as much as meets the eye. Wish there was tough but time will tell.
