Ragland will be an all-american his sophomore year and if Jenkins doesn't realize that then he deserves to be one of 15 LBs on the roster... He was all over the field in the UA game and many believe he'll play immediately helping replace Hightower next season. I just don't see him playing DE which he's never played before.
