I know everyone wants a $5 million head coach but why would Briles, the guy I like, leave Baylor when he is in a recruiting hotbed and already makes $3 million.

I'm not saying I don't want a big name hire but bringing one of those guys in would cost a lot. We would have to pay Chizik's buyout plus theirs. That would push the total to well over $10 million plus the new coaches salary.
