CA Dems Want Surcharge to Fund Social Programs

California Dems want to place a surcharge on businesses to fund social programs. This is a classic example of what happens in socialism when a gov't  has more social programs/entitlements than it can afford. Once they start these programs it becomes politically impossible to end some so somebody has to pay.
