9th Circuit Endorses Right to Carry......In Public

This is going to create some agony among the left when the liberal 9th Circuit endorses the right to carry in public. Maybe there is hope for them after all but I won't hold my breath.

Granted, the lower court’s ruling was patently absurd, at least if we are to give any thrust whatsoever to the text of the Second Amendment and how it has been perceived from its inception.
