Is there a chance that the AU/Oregon game in Dallas gets moved to Sunday since it´s Labor Day Weekend? I hope not. It appears that Notre Dame/Louisville is on Monday so hopefully Monday is out of the question for us.

Definitely possible.  LSU/Miami in Dallas this year was on Sunday.

How close were Cristobal and Pruitt?  I am not sure if Oregon will have the hosses on defense to stop the run, but I have no doubt they will have the gameplan. since that's not really all that hard to do against a Gus offense these days.

PS, why wouldn't they chose ND/UL over an Auburn game?  Doesn't make that much sense from an audience/advertising $$$ perspective.
