CNN AND CHRIS CUOMO ARE ON THE BRINK OF ALL-OUT WAR

https://www.vanityfair.com/news/2021/12/12/cnn-and-chris-cuomo-are-on-the-brink-of-all-out-war

Despite the decisiveness of CNN’s actions following last week’s revelations, there are hints that the fireworks may only just be getting started. On Monday afternoon, the New York Post reported that Cuomo was “preparing to file [a] lawsuit”—reportedly to the tune of at least $18 million—“over the remainder of the four-year contract he signed last year.” Sources on both sides told me they were caught off guard by the Post item, but Puck’s Matthew Belloni later reported that Cuomo had lawyered up with Bryan Freedman, who helped handle Megyn Kelly’s NBC exit, and that CNN was working with Daniel Petrocelli, who successfully battled the Trump administration when it attempted to scuttle a merger between AT&T and CNN’s parent company. Zucker reportedly told staff Tuesday that Cuomo did not receive severance.

The situation has quickly become acrimonious. Exhibit A: dueling statements from CNN’s reps and Cuomo’s personal spokesman, who said that Zucker and his client were “widely known to be extremely close and in regular contact, including about the details of Mr. Cuomo’s support for his brother. There were no secrets about this, as other individuals besides Mr. Cuomo can attest.” CNN hit back with a stern response: “We are disappointed with Chris’s statement. He has made a number of accusations that are patently false. This reinforces why he was terminated for violating our standards and practices, as well as his lack of candor.”

What to make of the lack of daylight between these two accounts? One person familiar with Zucker and Cuomo’s conversations in recent months said, “Chris believes he was transparent about what he was doing and what Jeff needed to know.” But another source familiar with their talks said that Cuomo never apprised Zucker of the most damaging details. Those details include Cuomo pursuing a tip to potentially discredit one of his brother’s accusers, attempting to gather intel on planned stories by Politico and The New Yorker’s Ronan Farrow, and taking direction from Andrew Cuomo’s top lieutenant, Melissa DeRosa, whose text messages with Cuomo helped seal his fate. “The most damning stuff was from Melissa’s texts,” the source said.

I guess the "in a nutshell" comment is this:
CNN has suddenly and finally found out that Cuomo mislead them about his involvement. He was fired without severance.
Cuomo says that he kept Zucker intimately apprised of all the details and wants his money.

This may be a real fun, highly informative moment. If CNN pays out, it likely means that CNN did know  at least some of the ugly details of accuser shaming etc. If they dont, then Cuomo was doing this on his own and screwing the CNN staff.

So, CC used his contacts in the media to find out:

Who was writing...
What they knew...
How many Accusers
and Information to Identify them...
To gather attack evidence on the accusers...

And no one at CNN spoke up to stop this, and Indeed, CC is stating plainly that Zucker knew and supported all this.

AND CC did all this while sexually harassing women himself. I bet over half the CNN Staff knew about that too. AND DID NOTHING TO STOP IT..
