Bama only had 121 yards against a woeful rushing D from Hawaii. Redzone O was not to be found. JPW has a good day: 16/29 256 8.8 1 0 UH Threw all over the field 349 yards against the Bama D backfield. A win is a win.

(Coaches challenge took it away) A coach's challenge also took away a TD pass to Keith Brown from JPW. Congrats on the win tonight AU nation Auburn looked like a top 5 team tonight. Draven 0
Indeed a win is a win no matter how ugly, but if they do not find some offense it may get difficult for them down the road. For our resident Bammers I didn't get a chance to watch how did the oline perform?

WinCrimson 61
Pass blocking-- a 180 from the Iron Bowl last year Run blocking-- An F... no wait, a G! Seriously, we we're awful. Bah. I win is a win... and UH is a solid, dangerous team. I'm glad to be 1-0, but not exactly jumping for joy about our performance.
BamaGrad03 0
Well everybody was worried about our defense... we gave up 17 points and only 370 yards against a top 3 offense. Everybody was worried about JPW... 250+ no INTS, JUUUUST missed (by inches) his second TD toss of the day. Their QB had ~150 yards passing going into the 4th Quarter. We were in prevent mode and gave up a lot once we went up 22-3. Thats right david 22-3. Considering we broke in 7 new starters on D, and about 5 on offense...i was pretty happy. Oh btw, we did it all without DJ Hall's services.
