Joe Hardy to be wed again

Joe Hardy, the flamboyant founder of the 84 Lumber empire and a Fayette County Commissioner, will be married for a third time this weekend, a spokesman said.

Jeff Nobers, Mr. Hardy's spokesman, said the 84-year-old multi-millionaire will wed Kristin Georgi, a Masontown, Fayette County woman. Ms. Georgi is believed to be 22.

The nuptials are scheduled for Las Vegas, though Mr. Nobers said other details are not forthcoming. A reception in Pennsylvania is planned for a later date.

Mr. Hardy has gained a national reputation for his often lavish parties at the Nemacolin Woodlands Resort and his purchase of a royal title, Lord of the Manor of Henley-upon-Arden.
