I think the Braves season hinges on what can be a pretty decent set of starting pitchers staying healthy.

They also need a good showing from the rook Jordan Schaffer. I expect very little bat production from 1st base.

Oh, and PLEASE Chipper...PLEASE stay healthy.

Technically, MLB considers opening day tomorrow despite the first game being played tonight. I think its a stupid concept, but thats how MLB puts it.

Opening day here in St Louis, and the weather stinks. 36 degrees with 1" to 2" of slush. Snow on opening day is wrong... just wrong.
