tiger88 934
My girl wants to party all the time, party all the time, party all the time. My girl wants to paaaaaaaaahhhaaahhrrrrhhhhty aaaallllll the time! This list belongs on the 50 stupidest lists of all time. I agree with #1 and several others, but there are some really good songs on there. JMO.
Ranger12 46
I agree with a few, but overall their list must have been made up of complete morons. Any list that has Toby Keith's "Courtesy of the Red, White, and Blue" on it as one of the worse songs of all time is an ignorant list apparently made up of terrorist loving, democracy hating wannabes. SLAG-91 1,483
I will plead guilty to liking "We Didn't Start The Fire" when it came out...I remember some publication called it a "newsery rhyme", but it prompted me to check out some of the things Joel mentioned in the song. "The Sounds of Silence" didn't deserve to be on there...that's one of Simon & Garfunkel's better efforts. Here's some I would have included: Macarena---Los Del Rio---1996 Afternoon Delight---Starland Vocal Band---1976 Lovin' You---Minnie Riperton---1979 That's What Friends Are For--Dionne Warwick and some others---1986 Miss Me Blind---Culture Club---1984 (I could pick several others from them, too) Love Touch---Rod Stewart---1986

I'm shocked to see Clay Aiken so high on the list. I really think he deserves to be there, but most of america loves him.

I always liked that song. It had a really good point. The world has always been somewhat of a messed up place in recent history and people always act like things just recently started going crazy. Jim Morrison said it better and simpler: " I woke up this morning and I got myself a beer. Yeah, I woke up this morning and I got myself a beer. The future's uncertain and the end is always near." AUloggerhead 2,252
There was this ridiculous song back in the '80s that was a hit for awhile. I'm surprised it didn't make the list: Hey Mickey you're so fine, You're so fine you blow my mind. Hey Mickey. Hey Mickey. It was so stupid I'm embarrassed today that I remember it. DKW 86 7,440
Brittney Spears "I cant get no...Satisfaction." #1 Worst recording of a great song. I actually heard WZYP cut it off in mid song one time. IT is THAT @#$% BAD! Almost Anything by Abba should be on the list. "Macarena", "Do the Locomotion", "Over there is my Baby...", "Monster Mash", 'Raindrops" by the PLatters?, Any 'DOO-WOP' Song, 90% of Rap. Man, do I sound like an geezer or what? bammanmr 0
"you light up my life" by debbie boone. All that toby keith song did was make every intelligent, educated person in this country sound like an ignorant, bigotted, toothless jackass. It does belong on the list. Duder 238
The Darkness - "I Believe In A Thing Called Love"Definitely in the top 50! Do my eyes deceive me?! We have someone speaking negatively about The Darkness?! They're awesome! On a side note, Ronnie James Dio should've been on here. "Holy Diver" and "Rainbow in the Dark" have to be among the worst (yet somehow entertaining) songs ever.
