Well, I've been away from the house for a bit. Just got back. Bottom 7th tigers down 7-5 to ole miss. runners on the corners and 1 out. Kevin Patterson hits a 3 run homerun to right field. TIGERS LEAD 8-7. Great way to walk in the door. NICE.

Wes Gilmer singles to right with 2 out in the bottom of the 8th to plate another run for Auburn. Gilmer then caught in a run down between 1st and 2nd. Going to the top of the 9th. Tigers lead 9-7.

Ole Miss goes down quickly in order in the top of the 9th. TIGERS WIN 9-7. Now in a 4 way tie for 1st place in the SEC West according to the announcers.

Arkansas salvaged game 3 in a rain shortened, 5 inn, 4-1 victory over UK. That leaves a 3 way tie for 1st in the West with Auburn holding the tie breaker on both Ole Miss and Arky.

This team has certainly turned things around and it looks like Coach's exclamation of changing things is paying off. Let's hope AU gets a good run going into the SEC tournament.

UAT has done right the opposite. They started out 7-1 in league play and have gone 1-9 since. If the tourney were played today, MSU and LSU would be out and Auburn would be the 2 Seed.
