Auburn Football Radio Affiliates / Other Options

Auburn was carried on 105.5 FM in Mobile up until the last couple of years when they went to USA Jaguar Football. They had a decent signl strength but last year we were on an AM station that could not get past the city limits with it's broadcast. I work accross the Miss state line and had to lament on the nonaccessiblilty of a radio broadcast. They must have listened because they are going to be on 106.5 FM which has a strong signal into Mississippi. This is great news for me, my work truck has a radio and now on those night shifts I can listen to some Auburn Football.

Seriously?! There's an affiliate in SC, but none in southern middle TN?? Who do I need to petition?

I'm going to PIN this thread at the top so others can see it during the season. IF you have an Android phone, you can get an APP called TUNE IN radio (free) and listen to the games from there. I'm sure the iphone has this app available as well. It's how I listened to all the games last year. Living in Pensacola and just over 3 hours from Auburn and the affiliate here has always been horrible. That is when we actually had one.

I wouldn't be surprised if you could get the 106.5 out of Mobile. Their signal is much stronger than anything I can recall in the last 10 years.

I used Tune In Radio to listen to the BCSNCG, while pausing my DVR enough so that they were in sync. Very nice listening to Rod and Stan instead of the ESPN pinheads. I highly recommend it.

So not to ask a possibly dumb question but... I have Sirius. It shows me what channel I can listen to the games on but do they do the pre-show and post-show on the same channel or is it something else?

I tried to listen to several Auburn affiliates on TuneIn radio for the spring game, but the feed was silent once the game started. If y'all know a station that works, I'd appreciate it.

There was a guy on here last year that posted torrents of all of Auburn's football games. If anyone knows where I can get a torrent download of the game played today I would be most appreciative!!!

I think its also weird that you can't get it in Atlanta or most of the metro area. I remember back in 2005 the Auburn-Arkansas game wasn't on TV and my family and I were in Atlanta. My dad and I were miserable.

I remember that game because we offered to buy Ark unsold tickets so that they would allow PPV of that game. It never happened.

We have never shut out arkansas. The 2005 game Auburn won 34-17.
