Why isn't he ranked on Rivals?

From what I've heard, he's supposed to be the #1 kicker for 2010.

I dont think they put much effort into researching and ranking kickers.  That doesnt sell many subscriptions

Considering that Rivals is the place I got that information concerning Parkey's ranking from an article in February, I think they do.

Dont get your panties in a wad.  Im just telling you what I know.  They dont rank the kickers until way later in the process.  He is near the top of their list of kickers you can expect to be ranked once they get around to it though

I would say 3 star maybe 4 star but I doubt it.

A few weeks ago, I read something that listed Cody as a 4-star kicker.

It is  very rare to see a 4 star ranking for a kicker.  Because of how much __star ranknigs play into the equation of ranking an overall recruiting class of a school, 3 star is almost always as high as they will rank a kicker

Congrats to Cody!  Representing us in that game will be great for Auburn.  War Eagle!!!  On another note, from what I have heard, it will be almost impossible for him to get a 4 star ranking from Rivals.  They pretty much never do that with kickers.
