An announced "package deal" almost guarantees those guys won't be playing together. Can't think of a single instance a kid went somewhere solely cuz a buddy did.

Dakota Moseley got an offer from Auburn solely because we wanted Michael Dyer. So in that sense, he only came here because his much more talented buddy did.

True package deals do happen on occasion, but they usually happen when one part of the package has substantially fewer options than the other.

I have come to the conclusion that package deals should be left to Frankie and Mike on American Pickers. Those guys sure know how to bundle things. Maybe we can bring them in for next NSD.
