Bahamas video

Video of the games is out. A couple of observations:

1. My guess is that the opponents are about as good as maybe a Samford? Of course Samford beat us a couple years ago.

2. We got some guys who can flat out shoot. Denson, KT, Griffin

3. Benes G. is much more physical looking than I thought. I thought he would be more of a European style player, but looks like he can help some inside as well if he works hard this fall.

4. First time In 4 YEARS, that I actually saw a functioning offense.

5. Forget scoring; both point guards can actually pass and hit the open man. Looks like they have a clue which is fantastic.

6. Didn't see much post play. Imagine that's going to be our weakness, although its only a short video and not too much is shown.

Anyhow. Enjoy. I feel a bit better.

His twitter said he is leaving for Auburn tomorrow and his mother is very sad. I'm assuming he's telling the truth.

Before the pitchfork and torches arrive lemme just say. I enjoyed the video. I know these were fluff teams that they were supposed to beat, but they got some good practice in, had a good time in the Bahamas with teammates and coaches. I like it and it got me looking forward to (hopefully) a much improved AU bball team.

Now... on with the castle storming Barbee Bashers!
