What happened?

There are so many things you can point to that caused the meltdown.

* Leading up to the 4th quarter, we struggled in the red zone. 3 field goals made, 1 blocked inside the 20.

* Late in the 3rd quarter we slowed down and tried to eat clock. We looked uncomfortable at times.

* We had numerous penalties from holding, false starts, offsides, facemask, etc. We were one of the least penalized teams in the SEC coming in...

* UGA realized our DL was better than their OL and they started throwing quick slants. This is our nemesis. Any team in the country can do this against us and will eat us alive.

* Murray holds several SEC records and is a top QB. He showed why and torched us in the 4th.

* Once we kicked a FG to keep them within 3 TDs, they scored quickly. We went 3 and out and they scored quickly. Momentum had swing and we just could not get it back. At that point the air was out of JH and the coaching staff was tight. Everyone was tight. The team thought they had it in the bag and it almost came back to bite them.

* We stopped running the read option. This is our bread with our QB. We went away from it - we just started dropping back and passing. That is just not our game with this QB.
