Looks like the NCAA might allow 2 signing times. Since teams can only sign 25 a year, how many will teams be allowed to sign in Nov.?

The NCAA should raise the total to 26. This way, we sign 13 in the fall, and 13 in the winter.

That's a discriminatory practice towards the summer & spring seasons. You're nothing more than a Seasonist!

They should raise it to 30. That way you could sign 10 in Nov. and 20 Feb.
